I led product design and execution for Queenly’s iOS app, which became the #100 Top Shopping app in the App Store with a 4.7⭐ rating across 3,000+ reviews. 

Scaled our mobile experience for buying and selling all types of formalwear, driving 1M+ users to download.

I redesigned the UI/UX flow for our Make Offer function on Queenly’s iOS app to improve visibility, reduce time-to-purchase and increase user engagement. By rethinking placement, text clarity, and interaction design, we saw:

  • +80-100% increase in “Make Offer” button taps

  • +30% increase in “Send Offer” engagement

  • +20% increase in completed offers placed

I spearheaded the design and launch of Queenly’s Virtual Try-On feature, allowing users to preview dresses on themselves via AR technology. This innovation not only significantly increased buyer confidence but directly boosted conversions across the funnel. This feature transformed the Queenly shopping experience into a more interactive, personalized, and trust-driven journey, cementing it as a core driver of growth.
